The Benefits of Loving Plants and Using Essential Oils

Today it is new years eve and there is a big tradition around lucky clover in Germany, where I was born and lived until I was 17. Lucky clover is the most well-known lucky charm among the plants and can be found at any New Year's Eve party. If you did not grow up in Germany you will remember how wonderful it is to present beautiful flowers to your loved one or being marveled by the flowers your loved one brings.

Plants, herb, bushes, trees are a vital part of our lives. Not only now, but forever. We can't think of much else that's been around forever. Maybe already now it shimmers why I love writing about the benefits of essential oils. Realizing the beauty nature is offering, is a beautiful journey and I hope to inspire you even more with this blog post.

Maybe some of you already noticed the refined qualities inside each pure essential oil you smelled or were able to feel. How is it possible we react so deeply to the details of a smell?

When something becomes more subtle and alive it is as if we grow and expand. It can become extremely delicate and light in a way that seems not to be of this world. If you agree, you will be interested that I quoted the definition of 'ethereal': extremely delicate and light in a way that seems not to be of this world. In a sentence we can say "her ethereal beauty".

The term 'Essential Oils' is translated to german in two ways: 'essentielle öle' or 'ätherische öle', which means ethereal oils. Suggesting a connection to the subtle, more twilight realms of reality. Like when you are in love, life becomes extremely delicate and in a light way that seems not to be of this world. 

Besides everything you can read on the internet about essential oils (yes, also in this blog...), I want to write about the quality of touching and smelling something that is absolutely pure and of ethereal quality. It will give you a level of relief and rest where the speed of society took over.

Smelling the perfect essential oil enables you to feel the place in you where you are light, spontaneous and subtle. I am already fine with that. There is not a lot around anymore to breathe and be home. If you are lucky you can walk in a great forest and experience the same, I lived most of my life in a city. With a diffusor and essential oils you can invite nature to your house again and enjoy all the benefits yourself.

So for me one of the greatest benefits of essential oils is the possibility to get in touch with the plants and nature at any time. If you already are a sensitive person, a starter bundle is definitely waiting for you at some time soon.
